Privacy policy

Only what you voluntarily send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number if you provide it, family concerned, reference or budget where applicable, the content of your message and the files you attach.

This site uses no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, no profiling tool. An anonymous audience measurement (Vercel Analytics), without cookie or identifier, counts page views. No cookie consent is requested because no non-essential cookie is set. Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser and does not leave it.

If you book a call, scheduling is operated by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

To answer your request, prepare an appraisal, and keep a record of our exchanges if a transaction takes place. Nothing else.

The EMERA Physical Assets intermediaries in charge of your file. Requests and their attachments are stored with our data host (Supabase, servers in the European Union) and delivered by our email provider (Resend), who act as processors and use them for no other purpose.

Where a transaction requires it, certain information is passed to a network partner — workshop, expert, carrier — strictly within what they need to act.

Three years after our last exchange if your request led nowhere. Longer if a transaction took place, as the law requires for commercial documents.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. A simple email is enough; we reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
